Privacy Notice: Named People.

You are receiving this notification because information about your work or business has been added to XXXX’s Relational Mapping exercise.

Relational mapping of professional communities enables organisations which allocate funding or provide resources to track and evaluate impacts and distribution within the communities they support, and plan for further support.

The information which relates to you – your name, job title, business and links with others in your professional community – will only be used to study the allocation and impact of funding/resource provision on the community in general. It will not be used for any action or decision which specifically targets or affects you.

Your information was added by the colleague or collaborator who emailed you this Privacy Notice.

The map is stored on a secure server which is only accessible to XXX, the organisations they have invited to be contributors; and Free Ice Cream, who provide the Relational Mapping tool and support.

  • …request erasure of your data, in some circumstances (if processing is no longer lawful or necessary)
